    Uthuh'Bari (pronounced "Other Barry") is an Alexandrian native, which means he/she/it is a bipedal humanoid alien with reptilian features.    

    Uthuh'Bari is a being who makes its living by trade and speculation (Bribery-1), buying goods on one world and selling them on another. It usually travels with the goods in order to negotiate the sale itself. It has a fine appreciation of art and some skill in that area itself, but more often than not will use those skills to create the necessary documentation when it is not able to procure them legally (Forgery-1), and of course it isn't averse to greasing the wheels to bypass inspection of those documents and unwanted customs inspections (see Bribery above).     

    One curious thing about Uthuh'Bari is that it often dresses in human style clothing, cut to fit of course, and is regularly seen and heard talking to someone named Barry on its comm unit. 

    Another peculiar thing about Uthuh' Bari is that it often seems to be present during rather exciting occurrences, but never seems to be actively involved in them.

Referee: Uthuh'Bari goes hand in hand with my previously posted character/npc Barry. Somehow Uthuh'Bari's comm code has found its way into Barry's internal comm unit. In times of stress Barry frequently, and unconsciously, opens a channel to Uthuh'Bari. Uthuh'Bari was initially confused by this, but found it rather amusing. Uthuh'Bari receives the full audio/visual feed from Barry's sensors, while Barry only receives audio in return. Barry believes that Uthuh'Bari is just a voice in his head, that he calls "Other" Barry. Uthuh'Bari has a mean streak and sometimes makes suggestions, which Barry sometimes entertains.

    Given that there is no FTL communication, these two must be in the same system, at least when they communicate. The fact that both of them are travelling around the galaxy, and yet are often able to communicate via comms, seems to indicate that they're travelling to the same worlds at roughly the same time, which is a highly unlikely series of coincidences. 

    How or why this is happening is entirely unknown, I leave it up to you as referee, to explain or not, at your discretion.

    One further note, Barry and Uthuh'Bari have never met. What happens when they do is likely to be interesting, at least. 

    Note: So far Uthuh'Bari has not seen Barry's reflection in the video feed, so it does not know what Barry looks like. Although it is aware that he often wears red and is probably human.
